Streak Types

Skater Streaks

  • Point Streak

A player records at least one point (goal or assist) in consecutive games. The streak continues as long as the player contributes to the scoresheet each game.

  • Goal Streak

A player scores at least one goal in consecutive games. Only goals count — assists alone won’t extend this streak.

  • Drought

A player goes consecutive games without recording a single point — no goals, no assists. Sometimes called a ‘cold streak.’

  • Games Played

A player appears in consecutive games without missing one. Tracks durability and availability in the lineup.

  • Games Benched

A player is a healthy scratch or otherwise not in the lineup for consecutive games.

Goalie Streaks

  • Win Streak

A goalie receives the win decision in consecutive starts. The goalie must be in net when the game-winning goal is scored to earn the decision.

  • Losing Streak

A goalie receives the loss decision (regulation or overtime) in consecutive starts. Only games where the goalie is credited with the decision count.

  • Shutout Streak

A goalie records shutouts in consecutive starts — zero goals allowed for the entire game.

  • Winning Game

A goalie appears in consecutive games where their team wins, regardless of whether the goalie personally receives the win decision.

  • Losing Game

A goalie appears in consecutive games where their team loses, regardless of whether the goalie personally receives the loss decision.
